1. Introduction
These Terms of Use govern the use of George and related services provided by Forsler ApS ("the Company") through [www.georgemaps.io](http://www.georgemaps.io) and associated applications ("George").

By creating an account or using George, you accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, you must stop using George.

2. Account and Access
To use George, you must create a user account. You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up to date, including your email address.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Data that you upload or register in George belongs to you. The Company does not use your data for purposes other than operating, supporting, analysing and improving the platform.

If you terminate your account, you will have the opportunity to export your data before access ends.

3. Payment
Payment for George is made using the payment methods available at the time of purchase, including payment cards, invoicing or electronic invoicing where applicable.

Subscriptions are billed annually according to the selected plan. Payment is automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription period.

Failure to make payment may result in restricted access to or closure of your account.

4. Use of George
George may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
- use George for unlawful purposes
- copy, reverse engineer or misuse the platform
- interfere with the normal operation of George

All intellectual property rights relating to George belong to Forsler ApS.

5. Changes and Availability
George is continuously developed, and we reserve the right to modify features, design, services and pricing without prior notice.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee that George will always be available or free from errors.

6. Support and Fair Use
Support is included as part of your subscription. The scope of support depends on the selected plan.

Support may not be used for:
- general IT support unrelated to George
- extensive consultancy services
- misuse or unreasonable consumption of support resources

In cases of significant overuse, we reserve the right to limit support or offer separately billed services following prior dialogue.

7. Limitation of Liability
Use of George is at your own risk.

Forsler ApS shall not be liable for indirect losses, operational losses, loss of data or consequential damages arising from the use of George.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your own data.

8. Personal Data
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

By using George, you accept that we process the information necessary to operate, support and improve the platform.

9. Termination
Subscriptions are not subject to a binding commitment unless otherwise agreed.

Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period.

10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of significant changes, users will be informed by email or through the platform.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Any dispute shall be governed by Danish law and submitted to the District Court of Aalborg as the court of first instance.

12. Separate Agreements
Enterprise customers or other customers with separate written agreements may be subject to individual licence, support or data processing agreements.
In the event of any conflict between such agreements and these Terms, the separate agreement shall prevail.
